# Changelog

This free sample carries six of the skills; the history below is the full edition's.

Newest first. "Skills" is the edition of the instruction files; "download" is the packaged delivery. A new download with the same skills edition changes the installer, examples or docs, not the skill bodies. Every edition is included with the purchase; download it from your order link.

## Download 15 · skills 4.5.0 · 22 September 2026

- De-default your interface (Design engineering) reads your rendered page and lists the design choices it shares with the pages recent AI models built, each with the share of models that make it. The shares come from a dated snapshot of Rival’s Default Index. Each shared choice points to the skill that replaces it. The skill writes a one-page report, and a rerun counts the shared choices before and after.
- Show what changed on your own screen (Quality & testing) captures one screen before and after, records only the checks that actually ran and links the Brief report of the change. Its script puts them on one page, `workshop-session.html`, that opens from disk.
- Finish one screen, start to end (Design engineering) runs one finishing session on one screen of your app. You agree once, at the start, what finished means. The agent then captures the screen, replaces two to four of the shared defaults de-default finds, fixes the gaps with the skills that cover them, runs their checks and ends with the session page and, when Brief is installed, its report of the change. The time boxes are estimates.
- Fit Workshop to your project (Design systems) profiles your repository into `.agents/workshop/PROJECT.md`: stack, components, tokens, fonts, routes, commands and what it could not detect. You confirm the conventions it cannot settle, and up to five installed skills can carry short project notes. Its script reads file names, package metadata and config text; it runs nothing from the project and makes no network requests.
- The skills guide and the Claude Code pointer files now tell the agent to read `.agents/workshop/PROJECT.md` first when it exists.
- The three scripts ship inside their skills. They need Node.js 18 or newer and nothing else.
- Three guided tracks in `tracks/`: finish a dashboard, ship a launch page, make it feel premium. Each starts from an included example and gives the skills in order, the prompts to paste and the checks that decide when you’re done. Two have short clips edited from captures of the included examples. The times are estimates.
- START-HERE and the library header link to the tracks.

The full edition now has 150 skills across 22 disciplines. The free sample keeps its
six. The other 146 skill bodies and their resources are unchanged. The de-default
report counts shared choices; it does not rate a design.

- The installed design workflow now covers concrete product copy, useful sample descriptions and deletion of redundant slogans, captions and benefit strips.
- Browsable content uses visible navigation, search and bounded results where appropriate. Disclosure is reserved for useful optional detail; nested accordions are discouraged.
- Integration examples should show useful product work and coherent motion sequences. Guidance also covers official provider logos, inspected screenshots, functional states, keyboard access, focus and reduced motion.
- Visual review checks the final styled screen at desktop and phone sizes, including loaded assets, overflow and the main interaction. Changes to shared styles require a fresh review.
- Fieldwork is an editable architecture-journal product film with a complete sequence, playback controls and source files.

The full edition still includes 146 skills and the free sample six. Skill bodies,
resources, catalogs and the image helper are unchanged. The workflow is included
in both installed payloads and reached from the existing agent adapters. These
instruction updates are not a measured design-quality result.

## Download 13 · skills 4.4.0 · 20 September 2026

- A design workflow for new interfaces and redesigns: inspect visual references, consider composition, implement, review rendered desktop and phone screens, then repair what needs work. Focused maintenance stays focused.
- Installed agent instructions now route design work to that workflow before layout decisions, including instructions for delegated work and truthful verification notes.
- The optional image helper supports OpenAI, Replicate and fal, plus explicitly configured OpenAI-compatible image endpoints. It discovers existing keys in the environment or local project .env files without executing those files or saving credentials.
- Explicit provider and model choices, setup checks, offline dry-runs, reference images, edits and coordinated sets follow each provider’s supported API. Model usage is billed separately by the selected provider.
- Updated Workshop and Atelier identity assets, plus a generated image gallery with its prompts and provenance, are included in the download.

The full library still contains 146 skills; the free sample contains six. Existing
skill bodies, their resources and edition catalogs are unchanged. Provider request
construction and failure handling are covered by mocked offline tests. These tests
make no live generation or design-quality claim. OpenAI and Replicate preflight
checks look up model visibility; fal and custom-endpoint checks validate local
configuration only. A successful setup check does not guarantee a paid request.

- A redesigned local welcome and installation experience: choose a project, install Workshop, start with an outcome.
- Atelier, an editable studio workspace with project search, filters, a detail panel and an explicit starting-point comparison.
- A bundled image helper for generation, reference-guided images, edits and coordinated asset sets. Uses your own OpenAI API key; model usage is separate.
- One design workflow connecting research, saved direction, optional mockups, implemented assets and inspection of the actual interface.

The full library still contains 146 skills; the free sample contains six. All existing
skill bodies and their resources are unchanged. Image API behavior was checked
against official documentation and offline mocked tests; no live generation result
is claimed by those tests.

## Download 11 · skills 4.4.0 · 19 September 2026

- A complete invoice interface starter and editable worked solution, with search, filters, CSV export and recovery states. All records are fictional.
- A local project calibration script to inventory existing components, routes and styles before your agent edits.
- Three completion workflows: finish an interface, launch a product, and make a product film. Each includes inputs, tasks and completion checks.
- A Workshop-to-Brief walkthrough for reviewing the resulting change and producing a client handoff. Brief is included with Workshop.

All 146 skill bodies are unchanged. This release adds usable projects and onboarding, not a new skill count. The free sample retains six skills.

## Download 10 · skills 4.4.0 · 19 September 2026

- **Thirteen new skills for better decisions.** Cut unnecessary interface copy and controls; choose defaults, navigation and product objects deliberately; make search, dates, permissions and status mean what users expect.
- **Less accidental complexity.** Review whether an abstraction earns its cost and separate authoritative state, drafts, caches and derived values.
- **Better explanations from evidence.** Check measurement and population mix before explaining metric movement, and identify who could never enter a research sample.
- **Four existing skills strengthened.** Interface writing routes to the detailed copy-deletion ladder. Research checks whether sources are independent. Claim review checks implications created by presentation. AI evaluations probe whether polished formatting is fooling a judge.

The full edition contains **146 skills across 22 disciplines**. The free sample retains its six skills, and all working examples remain available. These instructions support judgment; they do not guarantee a measured quality or conversion improvement.

## Download 9 · skills 4.3.0 · 18 September 2026

- **Six new skills for customer acquisition.** Landing-page conversion, buyer decision design, conversion journeys, sales offer architecture, campaign-to-page message matching, and fintech product messaging.
- **A new Finance & fintech discipline.** Explain financial products, fees, rates, eligibility, provider roles, and supported trust claims using current sources appropriate to the market. This is a product-content workflow, not investment advice or compliance certification.
- **Work across the task.** The task guide connects landing-page structure, existing copywriting and visual design, buyer questions, the offer, and the actual conversion path. Broad tasks can use complementary skills without listing every substep in the brief.
- **The same files throughout.** The catalog, offline reader, browser installer, and Python installer include the new skills. Existing skill bodies and resources remain unchanged; the free sample keeps its six skills.

The full edition contains **133 skills across 22 disciplines**. All prior examples and future-edition access are preserved. These workflows do not promise a measured conversion lift.

## Download 8 · skills 4.2.0 · 12 September 2026

- **New product-film skill.** Create product launch films and feature videos using current references, a clear product action, deliberate composition, brand typography, controlled color, purposeful transitions and sound. Inspired by the shared breakdown of Apple’s product films, with live sources from Apple, BUCK, ManvsMachine and Ordinary Folk.
- **Render review helper.** Decode a finished export, check its requested dimensions, duration and audio presence, and extract frames for visual review. Requires Python and FFmpeg. Playback and listening remain part of the skill’s finish criteria.
- **New welcome screen.** Open the download into a visual introduction with direct access to setup, the studio and the library. The entire library is the main installation path; discipline selection, the design preset and optional examples sit under Customize skills and examples.
- **A first task that fits your work.** Choose your own idea, a website or app, a product film, or an included guided job after installation. Edit the brief before copying it. Choices reflect the skills actually installed.
- **Optional companion skills.** Source links and copyable project installation commands for Humanizer, Remotion and Vercel React best practices. These remain separate downloads from their creators.
- **More reliable setup.** A new project starts with every skill selected. Reopening an installed project preserves its previous selection. Stale project checks no longer overwrite a newer selection.

The full edition now contains **127 skills across 21 disciplines**. The previous 126 skill bodies and their resources are unchanged. The free sample keeps its six skills and receives the new onboarding.

## Download 7.1 · skills 4.1.0 · 12 September 2026

- Added a **Website or app design** selection to the full-edition installer. It selects Brand, Design systems, Frontend, Design engineering and Accessibility together, including the skill that inspects current professional work. You can adjust the disciplines before installing.
- Corrected the skill-list estimate to include relative file paths. The 8,000-character warning now identifies Codex's fallback budget; the actual budget depends on the model, host and other installed skills.
- Restored this version-by-version changelog in both downloads and linked it from the library and storefront.
- Corrected the license to include future Workshop editions with the purchase, matching the storefront and order delivery terms.
- Added setup guidance for reference-led design, including how to pass the skill and browsing access to a delegated agent.

The 126 skill bodies remain edition 4.1.0. This release improves setup and documentation; it does not add new skills.

## Download 7 · skills 4.1.0 · 12 September 2026

- Choose the disciplines a project needs, in the installer dialog or with `--domains`. Before, all 126 skills were installed every time, even when `--domains` was supplied.
- Working examples and demo data are opt-in (`--examples`). A default install now writes about 1 MB instead of 7.7 MB.
- Claude Code discovers the skills natively: one pointer file per installed skill under `.claude/skills`, next to the canonical files in `.agents/skills`.
- The dialog and the terminal installer show an estimate of the skill list's size.
- Running the installer again adds or removes disciplines. Unchanged files are removed or restored to their original contents; an edited file blocks the operation so your changes can be resolved first. Empty folders created by the installer are removed.
- The installed task guide keeps every discipline row and marks the ones left in the download.
- Future editions are included with the purchase (also stated on the storefront and in START-HERE).

## Download 6 · skills 4.1.0 · 9 September 2026
